Good Is "OF-GOD"!

"GOOD" IS "OF-GOD"!

"Goodness is the sum of all God's attributes"-Merril F. Unger

Gn 1:3,4 "And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness."

Gn 1:10 "And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good."

Gn 1:12 "And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good."

Gn 1:18 "And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good."

Gn 1:21 "And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good."

Gn 1:25 "And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good."

Gn 1:31 "And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was VERY good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day."

Gn 2:18 "And the LORD God said, It is NOT good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."

Gn 3:5 "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

Gn 3:22,23 "And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken."

Ex 2:2 "And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly ("beautiful to God, Divinely fair") child, she hid him three months."

Ex 33:19 "And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy"

Ps 119:68 "Thou (Lord) art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes."

Is 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!"

Mic 1:12 "For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem."

Mic 2:7 "O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?"

Mal 3:18 "Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous ("good") and the wicked (evil), between him that serveth ("reflects") God and him that serveth him not."

Mat 7:11 "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"

Mat 7:15-21 "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ("goods") ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."

Mat 12:33-37 "Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned."

Mat 19:16,17 "And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do (action), that I may have (earn!) eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good (as though I Am He Whom I Reflect?)? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep (do) the (Words) commandments (of God)."

Lk 6:33 "And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same."

Lk 6:43-45 "For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh."
