Come, Feed, Follow, Abide

COME, FEED, FOLLOW, ABIDE!
TO "FEED" WE MUST "COME:
TO "FOLLOW" WE MUST "FEED":
TO "ABIDE" WE MUST "FOLLOW"!

"ABIDE IN ME, AND I IN YOU APART FROM ME, YOU CAN DO NOTHING!" JN 15:4,5RSV

Want to follow?: FEED. No one who is not "feeding" (continuously) on the Lord can "follow" (consistently) because of weakness (it takes strength, courage, and stamina to "follow" Jesus Christ). Where He leads, only those prepared to have Faith (Trust) tested, Hope (Peace) vexed, and Love (Joy) strained to the uttermost, ...can follow!

Want to feed?: COME. HE is our Passover Feast - the Living Word of God. His Life is our Heavenly Manna. Would we share in His Blood [LIFE] (for our Salvation's sake?); we must eat (do His Obedience) (ingest/digest/become) his Body [WORD, WILL] (for His Righteousness sake). This is only possible with ("abiding in") Him, and that only happens when we "Come unto Him". He says, "Come and Dine!"

Want to abide?: FOLLOW. Christ is SuperNatural (God). If we would follow God, we must be empowered (enabled) by God Himself. God inhabits His commissions. That is, only God can keep you where/when/how He has sent you. But even God cannot, if you will not! [Ezk 36:27]

God leads to feed, to lead you home again!: That is, God leads, or Calls (You must come when He calls you), to feed (you must learn to "eat what's on your plate", that is, what God puts "before" you as you "walk" with Him day-by-day, thought-by-thought), ...to LEAD (that is to be your LORD, your GOD) you Home (Abiding with Him Eternally).

God leads, to feed, to LEAD (you Home). Abiding is staying with Him ("Practicing His Presence"). Only those "Quickened" by His Spirit abide in Him. Only those who follow Him Abide in Him.

Want to come?: REPENT. Every "NOW" of your life is God-Given-time your Heavenly Father Purchased with the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ! Give it back to Him. How? "Prepare ye the Way of the LORD" - repent!

Deny your self. Listen to Hear. Hear to Obey. Obey to Live!

Live to Love the LORD your God with all your heart & mind & soul. Turn away from your strengths; your weaknesses; your fears; your ambitions; your ways - and seek God.

You cannot Ask from a God you will not seek. You cannot knock (ask to be admitted) at a Home you have not sought. What do you WANT? REALLY want? Want to come to God? You must turn loose (repent) of this life & your ways first. [Lk 9:23 Lk 14:27]

What God has for you He's PROMISED. By comparison, what have you got to lose? Come & Repent & Receive His Holy Spirit.

GOD'S PROCESS IS CHANGELESS. [The Cross!] TRUE REPENTANCE ABIDES!
